Megaman in Watercolor

This is my first attempt in watercolor. Megaman illustration drawn on Strathmore smooth bristol 5"x7" using a Pentel SES15N sign pen. Winsor and Newton watercolors.

Wasn't really sure what I was doing, but I had fun working on it. Watercolors took about 45 minutes. If I was paying more attention, I would have liked the brush strokes to all go the same direction on his mega buster cannon arm.

Id love any critiques and tips on watercolors. Totally new to this, and I need some direction!
